This is an Airmar 7-pin to L265/365/465/etc transducer adapter cable, Airmar P/N 33-077-01. This is used to convert legacy JRC Simrad Raytheon and other 7-pin transducers to the style used on these other units. We actually have many 7-pin transducers listed separately and since transducers for these Raytheon/Apelco units are so hard to come by, this is a great way to be able to use one of those transducers on one of these units.
