We have tested this item at our Pompano Beach facility and found it to be 100% functional. The camera body itself has some marks and scuffs but nothing that is above normal wear and tear. It appears as though it was mounted using some sort of caulk or silicone, however, this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the functionality of the camera.
