This item was part of a lot of surplus Sea Tel parts we recently acquired. We see no marks on the mounting points, and the serial number on the packaging matches the serial number on the modem, therefore, we can deduce that the item is new.

It has not been tested, we have no reason to believe it does not work as it has never been installed and is new as it came from Seatel/Cobham, however, buyers have 30 days to ensure functionality and return if found to be non-functional.
