This item is FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY / NO RETURNS. It came from a vessel that was being refitted with all-new electronics. When tested in our Pompano Beach facility the amp would not power on. When disconnected from a power source the terminals would still read 13V until manually discharged. There is very mild cosmetic wear around the unit. See attached photos for exact conditions prior to purchasing.
