This is a front panel pulled from an FR-8100D.

All buttons/knobs tested.

Comes as shown in the pictures. Nothing else is included.

This is an excellent replacement for anyone who has bad buttons/knobs or a damaged bezel.

Bezel has some oxidation and minor scratches. Otherwise good condition. See pictures
