If your Axiom display is running a software version earlier than v4.00.82, then the software of the display will need to be updated to v4.00.82 in order for the devices to communicate correctly. If your Axiom display is running a software later than v4.00.82, then the RVX1000 will need to be updated to the same version of software in order for the devices to communicate correctly. We can upgrade the software as necessary to be compatible with your display at no additional charge. PLEASE advise us at the time of purchase so that we can change the software before the unit ships out.****
