Additional Notes: This fully featured Navico black box VHF radio is the same unit as the B&G model of the same name and was successfully tested here at MME with an H100 handset. When tested with our instruments this unit demonstrated good transmitter power and great receiver sensitivity. The AIS receiver also proved functional.

This model has a host of features including, four independent speaker connections, a hailer, NMEA 2000 connectivity, and class B AIS transmit and receive. It also features a built-in GPS receiver, and due to a quirk in the programming, will only accept coordinates from this built-in receiver, not an external source over the NMEA network.

This unit is in excellent condition and the MMSI has not been set, so it is ready for its new home.

In order to transmit own ship data you must configure the AIS option. Please follow the instruction set closely. (instructions included)
