We are selling a new compatible replacement bushing/collar set for the AP16/25/26 Autopilot. The original bushings were made out of a synthetic rubber-like material that is notorious for degrading over time. There are no replacement options for these ports other than this set.

What has included: Our kit includes 2 Blue Robnet2 Bushings, 2 black collars, and installation instructions. Those who are mechanically inclined and can use hand tools can install these, as it does not involve removing anything on the inside of the unit (aside from whatever is left of your old bushings.)

What is not included: To protect unused ports, you will need 24005886 Simnet Protection Plugs – you will need as many of these as you have unused ports (most installations with a single blue Robnet2 cable will require 3). These plugs were factory installed behind the collars, so you may still have them from your original unit, they are constructed out of a material that doesn’t degrade so they can be reinstalled behind our replacement collars.

These will fix a degraded port, but will not fix a non-functional autopilot controller. If your autopilot controller is non-functional, you will need to have it repaired or replaced.
