Additional Notes: This HDMI matrix has eight inputs and two outputs all of which support resolutions up to 2048X1152 @ 60Hz. It can send commands through ethernet, cresnet, and USB, but requires 24V DC power through the cresnet connector at all times to function.

This device is designed to be used as part of a Crestron home automation system and will not work as a stand-alone receiver. Programming of a Crestron system requires specialized software that is only available to authorized installers.

We expect it to be fully functional. The customer has 30-Days to test the unit and return if it’s found to have any issues. The unit still carries our 90 day warrant
