This E-Plex 406QDM-24v module was removed from a Lazarra being completely refit with new everything. It was removed in working order and is guaranteed.

The cover plate is missing but can be purchased online, search part number 5133410

Please note – the 406QDM comes in a 120vac and a 24vac version – this is the 24vac version.
