In open box condition. May have imperfections from moving around, but never mounted. Part of Seaview’s modular system, this is the top plate to mount certain 14-15″ Sat TV antennas.  This is discontinued and is not the current production mounting plate made of plastic.  This is the older one with pre-drilled holes.
