This is new-in-box stock. This was part of a lot of equipment purchased that is obsolete. Dimensions are shown in the photos. Multiple possible uses allow a unit with a larger diameter, such as a FLIR camera, to mount to a smaller footprint, in this case, a 4″ diameter surface.
