This item was acquired from an electronics store that was downsizing its inventory.

During testing, the ventilation fan had trouble spinning on the back of the device. We also were unable to test sound due to not having the right kind of antenna, therefore we are selling the item as is and without returns. We were able to test out the buttons and menu controls, and we had no issues with that whatsoever.
